The Mission
Let's face it mama’s, pregnancy and postpartum is ROUGH. Our former bodies feel like a distant memory and the concept of “bouncing back” sounds like nails on a chalkboard. Finding the time,energy, and ability to workout in a safe, effective, social, and non guilty manner sounds all too good to be true. That’s why I have curated an 8 week bootcamp focused on welcoming back movement into your postpartum body by incorporating safe mobility and strengthening exercises.
This is more than just a bootcamp, this is a community of like-minded mama’s who understand the unique challenges of motherhood and the impact of pregnancy and postpartum on your physical and mental wellbeing. We aim to show up for one another, share our stories, and create an empowering environment where we can all work towards our fitness goals all alongside our babies! Whether you're a new mom or have multiple children, I welcome you to join our community and embark on this transformative journey.

The series of weeks ahead include a careful and gentle approach to waking up various muscle groups, lengthening, and strengthening your body to prepare you for the demands of motherhood- that car seat is only going to get heavier!
Located in the SE community of Riverbend, Calgary Mama's and their babies will have the comfort and privacy of running drills in a beautiful and spacious backyard with access to various exercise equipment and amenities. The space is seconds away from Carburn Park, where we will go for a 15 minute stroller walk to cool down around the lake following our 40 minute circuit training.
